Senior Paid Social Executive

Location: Manchester, Reigate, Edinburgh or London

Hybrid working and flexible working hours

The Role

As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you’ll help deliver outstanding paid social media results across all social channels (including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest) with your methodical and analytical nature. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues, helping them to set up, manage and optimise multiple campaigns while supporting junior members of the team through mentoring and quality checking their work.

You will be responsible for the activation, optimisation and performance analysis for your allocated accounts, helping govern overall strategy and ensuring that ROI and performance targets are reached. You will also support the Performance Creative division by executing amends on our bespoke creative feed tool. You will need to deliver regular reports and actionable insight to both clients and internal stakeholders, showing campaign results, highlighting key trends and offering suggestions for continued improvement.

The ideal candidate

As our Senior Paid Social Executive, you’ll have 1\-2 years’ experience working within a paid social media position. Agency experience is preferable; however, we will consider candidates from client side.

You will need to have critical attention to detail, a can\-do attitude, mixed with a friendly and positive outlook. A strong passion for all forms of social media advertising is essential, along with the confidence to support junior colleagues, review work carefully and maintain high standards across multiple accounts and platforms within a fast\-paced agency environment.

Key duties

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and build effective working relationships

  • Communicate with clients and present within meetings

  • Liaise with platform owners to troubleshoot issues

  • Effectively implement client budgets, correctly utilising media spend throughout the month

  • Update the internal booking system to enable effective billing consolidation
· Mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance, support and constructive feedback

· Review junior team members’ work to ensure accuracy, quality and attention to detail before it is shared with clients or internal stakeholders

· Support the Performance Creative division by executing amends on our bespoke creative feed tool

Skills/Experience

· Have a basic understanding of both online and offline channels

· Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio

· Advanced working knowledge of Excel \& PPT

· Good knowledge of Facebook Business Manager \& LinkedIn

· Good knowledge of website conversion tracking and optimisation

· Ability to fully own accounts, whilst offering regular analysis \& insight into performance

· A structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks

Pay: £31,517\.37\-£52,414\.35 per year
