What is the opportunity?

The Bank of Ireland Centre of Excellence (OCoE) provides Group\-wide leadership and oversight for outsourcing and third\-party arrangements. It sets strategy, standards and governance to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management. The OCoE also enables consistent decision\-making and oversight across critical and material outsourcing service . The Senior Outsourcing Strategy Analyst supports the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Bank's outsourcing strategy, frameworks and insights. The role delivers high\-quality analysis, research and recommendations to inform decision\-making and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will;

Shape group\-level outsourcing strategy by delivering data\-driven analysis on critical third\-party arrangements within a regulated environment, building expertise across strategy, risk, and operational resilience.

*Key accountabilities*

  • Analyse outsourcing portfolio data to identify trends, risks, optimisation opportunities and forward\-looking considerations. Support executive\-level reporting and dashboards to inform effective oversight and planning.

  • Engage with Divisions to gather insights, clarify requirements and support strategic outsourcing initiatives. Act as a central point of contact for outsourcing\-related analysis and insights.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CoE tools, methodologies and analytical assets.
What will make you stand out?
  • Experience in strategy, analysis, risk, outsourcing or third\-party management within a complex organisation, preferably financial services.

  • Experience producing high\-quality analytical outputs, reports or briefing papers for senior stakeholders.

  • Exposure to regulatory or policy\-driven environments.

More about the team

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at Baggot plaza, Dublin. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in\-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
