Senior Operations Manager

You will lead cross functional initiatives connecting product design engineering and business operations ensuring that execution is smooth and aligned with user experience goals. You will be a key voice in decision making helping translate complex business needs into clear operational and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
Oversee day to day business operations ensuring alignment between product delivery engineering and client requirements.
Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement scalable operational improvements across teams and departments.
Cross Functional Coordination
Work closely with product design engineering and client success teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Strategic Planning
Support leadership in defining operational strategy and translating business goals into actionable plans.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring clarity in communication and expectations.
Performance Management
Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality of delivery.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
At least six years of experience in operations management or related senior roles with exposure to digital product or technology environments.
Leadership
Proven experience leading teams or managing cross functional initiatives in a fast paced environment.
Problem Solving
Strong ability to analyze operational challenges and implement practical scalable solutions.
Communication Skills
Clear and confident communicator able to work with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Mindset
Structured analytical and execution focused with the ability to balance strategy and hands on operational work.
Pay: £5,500\.00\-£7,200\.00 per month
