About Ecokleen Group

Ecokleen Group isn't your average specialist window cleaning business. We're an award\-winning, ISO\-accredited specialist window cleaning and façade services company — winners of the 2025 PFM SME Partnership of the Year Award — and we're on a serious growth trajectory. Trusted by our clients, we do one thing and we do it brilliantly. Now we need a driven, ambitious Operations Manager to help us go further, faster.

The Role

This is a brand\-new senior role built for someone who thrives under pressure, loves owning outcomes, and wants to make their mark. You'll take full command of day\-to\-day service delivery across multiple London client sites, lead a talented operational team, and sit right at the leadership table. If you want a role where your energy and decisions actually matter — this is it.

  • Take full ownership of multi\-site operational delivery — safety, quality, and compliance are non\-negotiable on your watch.

  • Inspire, and develop a team of supervisors and operatives to perform at their very best.

  • Drive smart resource planning, scheduling, and budget management to keep the business running at full throttle.

  • Build powerful client relationships and be the person they trust when it matters most.

  • Champion a culture of health \& safety, ensuring full compliance with IRATA, IPAF, and working\-at\-height regulations.

  • Constantly look for ways to do things better — sharper processes, smarter systems, stronger results.
About You

You're not someone who waits to be told what to do. You're a high\-energy, results\-driven operations professional who gets things done and brings others with you.

  • A strong background in facilities management, specialist cleaning, soft services, or a related field services environment.

  • A proven ability to lead and energise multi\-site, field\-based teams — you set the standard and expect others to rise to it.

  • Sharp commercial instincts and the confidence to own a budget and make it work.

  • A communicator who builds trust quickly — with clients, with teams, and with leadership.

  • A solid grasp of health \& safety legislation, particularly working at height — because you know cutting corners isn't an option.
The Package
  • £55,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Performance bonus of up to 10%.

  • Company car, private healthcare \& laptop.

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Pay: £55,000\.00\-£65,000\.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company car

  • Company pension

  • Cycle to work scheme

  • Free or subsidised travel

  • On\-site gym

  • On\-site parking

  • Paid volunteer time

  • Private medical insurance
