Senior Operations Manager
About Ecokleen Group
Ecokleen Group isn't your average specialist window cleaning business. We're an award\-winning, ISO\-accredited specialist window cleaning and façade services company — winners of the 2025 PFM SME Partnership of the Year Award — and we're on a serious growth trajectory. Trusted by our clients, we do one thing and we do it brilliantly. Now we need a driven, ambitious Operations Manager to help us go further, faster.
The Role
This is a brand\-new senior role built for someone who thrives under pressure, loves owning outcomes, and wants to make their mark. - Inspire, and develop a team of supervisors and operatives to perform at their very best.
- Drive smart resource planning, scheduling, and budget management to keep the business running at full throttle.
- Build powerful client relationships and be the person they trust when it matters most.

- A strong background in facilities management, specialist cleaning, soft services, or a related field services environment.
- A proven ability to lead and energise multi\-site, field\-based teams — you set the standard and expect others to rise to it.
- Sharp commercial instincts and the confidence to own a budget and make it work.
- A communicator who builds trust quickly — with clients, with teams, and with leadership.
- A solid grasp of health \& safety legislation, particularly working at height — because you know cutting corners isn't an option.
- £55,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
