Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating surveys, installations, and logistics scheduling
- Managing customer accounts from start to completion
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Liaising with installers, surveyors, suppliers, and management teams
- Reviewing quotes and understanding order specifications
- Upselling additional products/services where appropriate
- Monitoring outstanding balances and following up payments
- Ensuring all customer records and operational systems remain updated
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service ability
- Confident handling difficult conversations and complaints
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
- Experience coordinating logistics, installations, or scheduling
- Strong attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and confidence speaking with customers
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Previous experience within home improvements, construction, windows/doors, or similar industries is highly desirable
- Professional and articulate
- Naturally organised and solution\-focused

- Fast\-thinking and highly efficient
- Confident using systems, emails, spreadsheets, and customer management software
