<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Financial Crime / Customer Operations 🚀</strong><strong><br></strong>Our Financial Crime team is growing quickly along with the company. They work on the front line to protect the company against financial crime such as money laundering and terrorist financing. From screening, onboarding, transaction monitoring through to CDD and EDD, they make decisions that really matter on a daily basis.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and develop our high-performing onboarding teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure our team’s adherence to our UK and US regulatory obligations.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and mitigate operational risk.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define and track KPIs and KRIs to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Managing the day to day onboarding operations including capacity planning, scheduling, training and competency management, SLA management and coaching and developing the teams. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Improve operations by using technology to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage the onboarding team in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and collaborating across teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the escalation point for complex cases while staying up to date with regulations, industry best practices, and risk trends.</span></li>
