With significant investment behind innovation and growth, the business is entering a particularly exciting period - including the upcoming launch of a new consumer brand and the development of innovative new products for market.
We are now recruiting a Senior National Account Manager to join the team.
Description
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across your customer base - Tesco and Aldi worth £50M.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence within your customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability while meeting client needs - this is a highly tendered category.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of service.
We are looking for the following experience:
- Proven experience in managing grocery customers in a private label capacity for an FMCG manufacturer - food, drink and non food experience all considered.
- Experience with Tesco and/or Aldi is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong negotiation and communication - we are looking for candidates who have negotiated large contracts at a high level. This is a highly tendered category with a commodity product so strong negotiation skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Up to £80,000 + bonus, car and package. Hyrbid working with a North West office.
