Who We Are

At Peacock Pain \& Injury Clinic, our mission is simple:

*To empower people to live stronger, longer, and pain\-free — so they can do what they love, for life.*

We're a friendly, patient\-focused clinic providing expert MSK physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Our close\-knit team of physiotherapists, sports therapists, massage therapists and Pilates instructors look after each other as well as we look after our patients.

Exciting Times Ahead

On 2nd November 2026 we open the doors to our brand\-new clinic in Mold. It gives us more space, new treatment rooms and a dedicated studio for Pilates and small\-group classes.

It's a big moment for us, and we'd love you to be part of it from the start. You'll be joining at a time when your ideas and experience can really shape what comes next.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be a senior clinical voice in our team — looking after your own patients and helping those around you grow.

  • Assessing, diagnosing and treating a varied MSK caseload, including more complex presentations

  • Agreeing clear treatment plans with patients and seeing them through to a real result

  • Designing and progressing tailored exercise and rehab programmes

  • Helping patients build the confidence to manage their own health for the long term

  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues through case discussions, second opinions and in\-house training

  • Working closely with our sports therapists, massage therapists and Pilates instructors so every patient gets joined\-up care

  • Keeping patient notes and follow\-ups accurate and up to date

  • Sharing your ideas in team meetings and helping us develop our services
Pilates and class opportunities: with our new studio comes the chance to teach Pilates and small\-group classes, and to help shape workshops and short courses. If that's something you love (or would love to train in), we'd be delighted to support you.

  • You're a people person first — you enjoy getting to know your patients, and they leave feeling listened to and cared for

  • You bring warmth and positive energy to a room, and people find you easy to talk to

  • You get a real buzz from helping others grow, whether that's a patient or a colleague

  • You do what you say you will — you follow through and see things through to the finish

  • You're organised and dependable, and you take pride in doing things properly

  • You love being part of a supportive team where everyone has each other's backs
