We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution across key accounts. You are not just managing campaigns; you are shaping how brands position themselves in competitive markets. You will lead initiatives across digital channels, guide a small cross\-functional team, and act as the bridge between strategy, creative output, and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Ownership: Develop and lead multi\-channel marketing strategies across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
Performance Marketing Leadership: Oversee campaign performance, optimize acquisition funnels, and ensure ROI targets are consistently met.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers and coordinate with creative and analytics teams to ensure high\-quality execution.
Brand Positioning: Define and refine messaging frameworks that align with client objectives and market positioning.
Data Driven Decision Making: Use performance data, A/B testing, and customer insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management: Present strategy, results, and insights clearly to internal leadership and external clients.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6\+ years in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or leadership role managing campaigns or teams.
Track Record: Proven experience managing successful multi\-channel campaigns with measurable business impact.
Tooling: Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and strategic discussions.
Mindset: You are analytical, commercially minded, and able to balance creativity with performance outcomes.

Pay: £4,800\.00\-£6,800\.00 per month
