- Own and scale our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts end\-to\-end — strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and continuous optimization against CAC and pipeline targets.
- Build and maintain landing pages and conversion tracking, so every euro of spend is measurable back to signed projects, not just clicks or impressions.
- Live in the numbers: build your own reporting, connect marketing spend directly to sales revenue, and be ready to defend or change course based on what the data shows.
- Bring a strong bias to action and a KPI\-driven mindset — launch tests quickly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
- Get hands\-on wherever the team needs it — organizing trade fairs and events, supporting PR outreach, running social media marketing, and producing sales materials for the field team.
- Accept being measured the way we measure ourselves: on a blend of marketing performance and sales revenue outcomes, not marketing metrics in isolation.
✨ What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 3–5 years of hands\-on performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Very analytical and numbers\-driven — comfortable building your own reporting and making budget calls from data, not gut feel.
- Basic experience organizing events, setting up landing pages, and implementing conversion tracking.
- Senior enough to own your channels end\-to\-end, but genuinely hands\-on — open to supporting wherever needed, from fairs to PR to sales materials.
- C2\-level German and working English.
- Based in Berlin.
