Senior Marketing Manager
About the Role: London is known for its fast\-moving digital economy, and at FluxaChat Technologies Ltd, we bring that same pace and precision to modern communication products. We build scalable, enterprise\-grade messaging and collaboration platforms that combine reliability with exceptional user experience. We believe that B2B communication tools should be as intuitive as the best consumer apps. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who can own our go\-to\-market strategy and shape how our brand is positioned in a competitive SaaS landscape. You will not just run campaigns; you will define how our product is understood in the market. You will work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue growth.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our London office is based in the Old Street tech corridor, surrounded by leading startups and established scale\-ups. The workspace is modern, collaborative, and designed for focused execution with a strong creative culture.
Strategic Impact: Marketing is not a support function here. You will have direct influence on product positioning, pricing strategy, and customer acquisition channels from day one.
Modern Stack: We operate in a data\-driven marketing environment using tools like HubSpot, GA4, and modern CRM and automation platforms. Decisions are guided by insight, not guesswork.
Growth: You will have exposure to senior leadership and budget ownership for multi\-channel campaigns, events, and performance marketing initiatives across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Go\-to\-Market Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies for product launches, feature releases, and new market entry initiatives.
Brand Positioning: Define and evolve our messaging framework to clearly articulate value propositions to enterprise customers.
Demand Generation: Lead multi\-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships to drive qualified pipeline growth.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a small marketing team, ensuring high performance across content, performance marketing, and lifecycle campaigns.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product, sales, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.
Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and optimise campaign performance using data\-driven insights and continuous experimentation.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6\+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling demand generation and go\-to\-market strategies in competitive markets.
Skills: Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, content strategy, and performance marketing channels.
Tools: Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Mindset: Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution, able to balance long\-term brand building with short\-term revenue goals.
Pay: £5,000\.00\-£8,000\.00 per month
