Your Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Manager (f/m/d), Integrated Marketing Strategy \& Customer Experience is a strategic marketing leader responsible for developing and executing customer\-centric marketing programs that drive business growth, brand engagement, and customer loyalty. This role leads a team of Integrated Marketing Managers and Specialists and oversees the development of integrated marketing strategies across channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with expertise in market research, customer journey mapping, customer experience optimization, content strategy, and cross\-functional marketing execution. They will serve as a key voice in shaping how the organization understands, engages, and delivers value to customers throughout the lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.


• Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.


• Drive product marketing initiatives including positioning, messaging, go\-to\-market planning, and market expansion strategies.


• Shape customer journeys and optimize customer experiences across digital and offline touchpoints.


• Leverage market research, customer insights, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.


• Lead the planning and execution of multi\-channel marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, events, and other channels.


• Utilize AI\-driven tools and insights to enhance customer segmentation, personalization, content strategy, and campaign effectiveness.


• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, R\&D, Customer Success, and Corporate Marketing teams.

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• 15\+ years of experience in strategic B2B marketing, including integrated marketing, customer experience, product marketing, and demand generation.


• 8\+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of building and developing high\-performing teams.


• Strong expertise in product marketing, go\-to\-market strategies, customer and market research, marketing automation, and analytics.


• Experience applying AI technologies within marketing and customer engagement programs.


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.


• Experience in the German market and fluent German and English language skills.


• Ideally, experience within industrial technology, automation, SaaS, or other B2B technology environments.
