Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Reports to: Group Poduct \& Brand Director

The Role

We’re looking for a hands\-on Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of producing high\-quality marketing materials that directly support our sales team.

This is a fast\-paced, delivery\-focused role. You’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of collateral, from catalogues and customer\-specific literature to pitch documents and social media assets, ensuring the business has the tools it needs to win work.

Beyond content creation, you’ll play a key role in translating commercial priorities into clear, actionable workflows, working closely with the Sales Director, Business Development, and Key Account Managers to ensure marketing output is aligned, prioritised, and delivered effectively.

You’ll be highly organised, responsive, and comfortable operating at pace, turning requirements into structured outputs that support real opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing \& Sales Collateral

  • Producing product catalogues, brochures, and promotional literature

  • Creating customer\-specific materials and overprints

  • Updating and adapting existing content for different sectors and clients

  • Ensuring all materials are high\-quality, consistent, and on\-brand
Sales Support
  • Creating pitch documents and presentations for the sales team

  • Supporting live opportunities with tailored materials

  • Turning sales requirements into clear, professional documents quickly and accurately
Key Account Support
  • Developing bespoke materials for key customers

  • Working with Key Account Managers to support growth opportunities

  • Creating targeted, relevant content aligned to customer needs
Product Launches
  • Producing all supporting materials for new product launches

  • Ensuring the sales team is equipped with everything they need at launch
Social \& Digital Content
  • Creating social media assets to support campaigns and launches

  • Repurposing content into digital formats

  • Supporting consistent output across channels
Workflow Coordination \& Stakeholder Alignment
  • Translate sales and commercial requirements into clear workflows, priorities, and deliverables

  • Act as a coordination point between the Sales Director, Business Development, and Key Account Managers

  • Structure incoming requests into manageable, prioritised workloads with clear timelines

  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders on what is being delivered, when, and to what standard

  • Proactively identify gaps, conflicting priorities, or bottlenecks and resolve them early

  • Bring organisation and clarity to a fast\-moving environment, ensuring nothing slips
Operational Planning \& Delivery
  • Support the rollout of commercial activity by breaking down requests into actionable tasks

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear tracking and ownership

  • Ensure deadlines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard

  • Maintain visibility of workload and progress for internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in a hands\-on B2B marketing role

  • Proven ability to produce high\-quality marketing and sales collateral

  • Experience creating catalogues, brochures, or product\-based literature

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Experience working closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders

  • Comfortable operating in a fast\-paced, reactive environment
Nice to Have
  • Design skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)

  • Understanding of print and artwork setup

  • Experience creating presentations and pitch decks

  • Exposure to social media and digital marketing
