<p>The Senior Manager, Project Management &amp; Operations, Integrated Channel Marketing (ICM) serves as a senior operational leader responsible for the design, governance, and delivery of project management systems and practices that enable complex, cross‑departmental initiatives across MSF USA. The role owns and matures organization-wide project management infrastructure, tools, templates, and governance models that shape how work is planned, sequenced, and delivered across teams with a focus on fundraising and marketing deliverables.<br><br></p>
<p>In addition to overseeing the delivery of intermediate-to-complex, medium‑ and long‑term initiatives, the role functions as an operational integrator across Development and partner departments, aligning stakeholders, managing interdependencies, and mitigating delivery risk. The role carries an organization-wide dependency, where delays or gaps would directly affect cross-departmental, revenue‑critical fundraising initiatives. To sustain delivery at scale, the role provides operational leadership and supervision to project management support, staff, and partners.</p>

<p><strong>Prospecting </strong></p>
<p>Pursue strategic opportunities in coherence with MSF-USA´s strategy, that create long-term value for the movement by identifying and developing new audience segments or donors for its mission.</p>
<p><strong>Donor Cultivation, Engagement and Management</strong></p>
<p>Build trust and loyalty with potential and existing donors. At the simplest level, update donors on activities. At a more complex level, build long-term relationships with key donors and key donor segments. Take overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering the donor engagement strategy. May be through channels or through personal relationships.</p>

<p>Own end‑to‑end delivery of a portfolio of intermediate to complex, medium‑ and long‑term initiatives by aligning stakeholders, sequencing interdependent work, and coordinating internal teams and external agencies to deliver revenue‑critical outcomes</p>
<p><strong>Operational Leadership, Risk and Issue Management</strong></p>
<p>Provide senior operational leadership by identifying and managing cross‑departmental delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, making informed trade‑offs and advising stakeholders to maintain momentum in complex and ambiguous environments.</p>

<p>Strengthening organization-wide project management capability by embedding scalable systems, standards, and ways of working that drive continuous improvement in planning, accountability, and delivery effectiveness, for improved marketing and fundraising outcomes.</p>
