Senior Manager – Planning & Management Reporting (m/f/d)

Within our Controlling function, we ensure transparency, steer financial performance, and support data\-driven decision\-making across the organization. From group\-wide planning and forecasting to delivering high\-impact management insights – our responsibilities are as diverse as they are business\-critical. As a Senior Manager – Planning \& Management Reporting (m/f/d), you will play a key role in strengthening our reporting and planning landscape, advancing our tools and processes, and enabling sustainable business success through high\-quality performance management. Your responsibilities:

• Consolidate, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance.


• Serve as the central point of contact for actuals, forecast, and budget reporting.


• Coordinate and support group\-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles.


• Ensure accurate and timely actual closing in close collaboration with key stakeholders.


• Drive the implementation and adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud as the central planning platform.


• Prepare impactful management reports and executive\-level presentations.


• Lead cross\-functional and ad\-hoc projects in an international environment.


• Continuously enhance controlling processes and global reporting standards.


• Collaborate closely with corporate functions, business units, regions, and local controllers.


• Support process harmonization and system transformation initiatives.

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Controlling


• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling or Finance


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights


• Structured, proactive, and reliable working style with a high level of ownership


• Proven experience managing stakeholders in an international matrix organization


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint


• Solid SAP knowledge (SEM\-BCS, CO, BW, SAC)


• Business fluency in English
