Senior Manager Investor Relations (m/f/d) - [Hamburg]
As Senior Manager Investor Relations, you play a key role in positioning Nordex within the global financial community and further developing our capital markets communication. You take ownership of strategic Investor Relations initiatives, translate financial and business developments into clear messaging, and build trusted relationships with investors, analysts and internal stakeholders. As part of a small team, you combine strategic responsibility with a hands\-on approach to day\-to\-day Investor Relations activities.
YOUR TASKS
- Drive the further development of Nordex’s equity story, including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) positioning, and ensure clear and consistent communication to the capital markets
- Build and maintain senior\-level relationships with institutional investors, sell\-side analysts, proxy advisors and other relevant capital markets stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning and company KPIs to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Management Board
- Co\-lead Investor Relations analysis and messaging around quarterly and annual results, covering P\&L, cash flow and balance sheet developments
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, investor presentations and other capital markets communication materials in close collaboration with relevant functions
- Plan and lead roadshows, investor conferences, Capital Markets Days and key Investor Relations activities related to the Annual General Meeting
- Partner with the CFO and Head of Investor Relations on equity story positioning, shareholder structure and index\-related topics while coordinating with Accounting, Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A), Controlling, Legal and Communications
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or a comparable field; CFA or an equivalent qualification is an advantage
- At least five years of experience in Investor Relations, equity research, financial communications or investment banking, preferably in a listed\-company or capital markets environment
- Proven experience engaging with institutional investors and sell\-side analysts as well as strong knowledge of financial markets and company valuation
- Sound understanding of relevant capital markets regulation, including Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and ad\-hoc disclosure requirements
- Excellent English and German language skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and strategic topics into clear and audience\-specific communication
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills combined with a pragmatic, hands\-on approach and a high degree of ownership
- Experience in renewable energy, industrials or the capital goods sector is an advantage but not required
