Senior Manager - Implementation & Delivery
Our client is a global SaaS leader in finance automation, used by thousands of finance teams worldwide. They're hiring a Senior Manager to lead implementation delivery in multiple regions, reporting to the Director of Professional Services.
The role
You'll lead a team of consultants and project managers who deliver implementations for new and existing customers. You own a portfolio of projects from kickoff to go\-live, and you're accountable for getting customers live on time, on budget and using the product.
You'll be the escalation point for customers and the team. You'll work with sales on scoping new work, and you'll help shape the delivery methods the wider practice uses.
You'll be measured on

- Time to go\-live
- Customer satisfaction
- Team utilisation and project margin
- Experience leading implementation or delivery teams at an enterprise software vendor
- A track record running multiple customer implementations at once
- Direct line management of consultants or project managers
- A hands\-on implementation background, so you can step in when a project needs it
- Comfort managing senior customer stakeholders and escalations
- Exposure to scoping, presales or statements of work
- Background in finance, ERP or accounting software is a plus, not a requirement
