Senior Manager Global Transformation (Human)
Your Mission
You will design and steer VTG’s transformation system \- translating
company and functional strategies into tangible, measurable business
outcomes.
This role is about setting the organization up for success: defining the
right initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment across functions, creating
transparency on progress and outcomes, and initiating targeted
countermeasures \- structurally, financially, and culturally.
This is not a PMO role. You will not track milestones or manage project
plans. You will own strategic clarity, impact logic, and the overall
effectiveness of the transformation.
What are your responsibilities?
*Shape Strategy into Impact*
Translate company strategy into clear, actionable func\-
tional strategies
Build and continuously refine a coherent, focused
transformation agenda
Derive initiatives of all sizes with a strong strategic link
and defined, measurable outcomes
Apply rigorous prioritization and challenge initiatives
lacking relevance or impact potential
Contextualize insights from markets, customers, tech\-
nologies, and macro trends
*Own the Transformation Framework*
Take end\-to\-end ownership of the enterprise transfor\-
mation framework
Conduct recurring transformation assessments (e.g.,
based on the 7S model)
Identify systemic gaps early and trigger targeted cor\-
rective actions
*Drive Executive \& Advisory Board Dialogue*
Translate complex execution progress into a clear,
compelling strategic narrative
Provide structured updates and decision\-ready in\-
sights for Advisory and Executive Boards
Highlight impact outlook, key risks, and critical decisi\-
on points

What qualifications do you have?
University degree in business administration, econo\-
mics, engineering or equivalent academic qualification
5\+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or
top\-tier management consulting
Proven track record in defining and steering strategic
initiatives with measurable impact
Strong understanding of value creation and execution
trade\-offs
Confident in engaging and influencing senior stakehol\-
ders
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environ\-
ments, challenge constructively, and think systemically
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined
with a structured and outcome\-oriented approach
Business fluent in English
