<ul>
<li>Allocate and project manage initiatives assigned to the creative team; with a focus on editorial and events</li>
<li>Develop and track timelines for a variety of projects ensuring adjustments are made as needed; including leadership reviews and final sign offs</li>
<li>Own the creative ops relationship with several of our production agencies</li>
<li>Act as the liaison between business leads and creative team to ensure appropriate information and creative ops best practices are being followed</li>
<li>Work with other creative ops team members to pull reports and flag project prioritization to senior leaders of marketing team</li>
<li>Orchestrate and assist in requesting legal sign off for marketing collateral and media</li>
<li>Continue to operate The Trade Desk’s Project Management Tool and provide recommendations on how to improve the process</li>
<li>Identify areas for improvement pertaining to project performance and process</li>
<li>Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clear communication amongst creative team and key stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<p>Who you are:</p>
<ul>
<li>7-9 years of experience in a project management role within a creative/digital agency or in-house creative team setting</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business or related field</li>
<li>Strong familiarity with project management best practices and software</li>
<li>Excellent cross functional communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to pivot quickly while maintaining attention to detail</li>
<li>Experience coordinating multiple projects and working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Positive attitude and ready to learn</li>
</ul>

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location. </span> All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as variable compensation-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. </p>
