How you’ll contribute to our success

- Perform independent valuations of businesses and tangible/intangible assets for M\&A, litigation, financial reporting, restructuring, and financial advisory.
- Build and review financial models, assessing underlying assumptions and data, and provide valuation/modelling advice while leading day\-to\-day delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for the team and clients in the preparation and execution of valuation and modelling engagements.
- Prepare presentations and reports, develop marketing materials, identify new business opportunities, and support key proposals.
- Research valuation methodologies, contribute to practice growth, deliver training, and coach and mentor team members.

Must have :
- Master degree in corporate finance, financial engineering, business administration, economics.
- 5 or more years of valuation experience acquired with the valuation practice within an accounting, professional services firm or a bank. Those with over 7 years of direct experience will be considered for the Senior Manager position.
- Strong knowledge of company valuation methodologies and experience creating flexible forecasting and scenario models.
- Business fluency in English; French or German fluency would be considered an asset.
- Experience in cross\-functional collaboration with executives across the company.
- Ability to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non\-technical audiences.
- Self\-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management and operate well within a team environment.
- Collaborating, working effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders to reach common goals.
