Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Build and explore new business while maintaining and developing existing business with key customers, mainly Robotics applications
- Identify \& utilize Leads to develop an understanding of prospect needs, and identify new and drive known opportunities to business win
- Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty up to C\-level of your accounts
- Develop the 5\-year account strategy plan for your focus accounts and be accountable for design\-win, business\-win and revenue growth for assigned customers
- Own negotiation preparations, execution and quoting
- Analyze customer demands and create an accurate sales forecast
- Orchestrate the cross\-functional Account Team by applying a hybrid sales approach using our state\-of\-the\-art CRM tools
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A University degree in Engineering or Business with strong technical affinity or similar fields of studies
- 6\+ years of relevant working experience in a technical sales, business development role or similar, preferably within the semiconductor industry
- Experience in Robotics / Semiconductor market is desirable
- Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and defined and deploy strategy
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively convey technical concepts and connect with various stakeholders internal and external
- Willingness and availability to travel when required
- Fluency in English and one additional language mandatory, either German or Swedish
