You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Head of Finance, taking ownership of core financial reporting while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
The Role
This is a hands-on role with real ownership.
You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial controls across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Financial Reporting & Control
- Full ownership of monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining the general ledger and posting journals
- Raising invoices and managing accounts receivable
- Supporting day-to-day financial processing
- Monitoring performance against budgets
- Supporting stakeholders with financial insights
- Producing ad hoc reports for senior leadership
- Supporting audit processes
- Maintaining strong financial controls and accurate records
- Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
- Experience in a management accountant role
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
