• Proven experience recruiting within Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain or a closely related sector


• A strong understanding of the Logistics market and its key challenges


• A track record of winning new business and developing client relationships


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• The confidence and drive to build something from scratch


• A strong commercial mindset and genuine desire to succeed


• The ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider team
