We are looking for a Senior Logistics and Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our operational execution and strategic logistics framework. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy:
Lead day\-to\-day logistics and operational planning while identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost management across business functions.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Manage supplier relationships, delivery timelines, procurement alignment, and inventory movement to ensure operational continuity and service reliability.
Team Leadership:
Mentor Operations Coordinators and department supervisors. Support performance management, team development, and operational accountability through regular coaching and feedback.
Performance Optimization:
Analyze workflows, KPIs, and reporting data to improve operational output, reduce bottlenecks, and implement scalable process improvements.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with senior management, vendors, and cross\-functional teams to align logistics priorities with broader business goals and operational requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6\+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or business operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or people management role.
Operational Expertise:
Strong experience managing logistics processes, operational planning, vendor coordination, and performance reporting in a fast\-paced environment.
Systems Knowledge:
Hands\-on experience with ERP platforms, supply chain software, reporting systems, and operational performance dashboards.
Language Skills:
English (Professional Working Proficiency) is required for internal collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Mindset:
You are structured, commercially aware, and execution\-focused. You understand how to balance operational precision with business priorities and know when to optimize processes and when to move quickly to deliver results.
Pay: £5,800\.00\-£7,600\.00 per month
