Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end CRM lifecycle strategy and execution, covering onboarding, first purchase, repeat purchasing, retention, and reactivation.

  • Analyze behavioral data to identify points of disengagement, conversion opportunities, purchasing barriers, and opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.

  • Design and optimize onboarding, abandoned-payment, promotional, offer, and follow-up journeys that improve conversion from registered users to paying customers.

  • Develop segmentation, personalization, messaging, and timing strategies designed to increase purchases, repeat engagement, retention, reactivation, and LTV.

  • Build and run structured experiments, measure incremental impact, identify winning approaches, and continuously turn learnings into new growth opportunities.

  • Work hands-on with CRM campaigns by creating segments, journeys, campaign logic, testing frameworks, and performance analyses.

  • Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to improve CRM tooling, tracking, messaging, offers, reporting, and channel capabilities.

  • Help establish and evolve a scalable CRM playbook that can support rapid growth and a large, globally distributed user base.

  • Use AI tools where appropriate to enhance analysis, personalization, experimentation, and content development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience scaling CRM programs and personally driving measurable improvements in revenue, conversion, repeat purchases, retention, reactivation, or customer lifetime value.

  • Strong B2C consumer growth background, ideally within a high-volume subscription business where CRM has a direct and measurable impact on revenue.

  • Hands-on ability to build segments, customer journeys, experiments, campaign logic, and performance analyses rather than relying solely on strategic recommendations.

  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including the ability to translate user behavior into growth hypotheses and validate results through testing, control groups, attribution, and incrementality.

  • Comfortable working in fast-scaling environments without a fully established playbook, with a strong sense of ownership, prioritization, and execution.

  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical, creative, commercial, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working with products powered by uncensored AI models and content.

  • Experience in iGaming, free-to-play gaming, fintech, consumer subscriptions, or high-frequency e-commerce is a strong advantage.

  • Experience with token, credit, virtual-currency, bonus, or repeat-deposit business models is desirable.

  • Previous experience building or significantly redesigning CRM operations in a rapidly scaling organization is a plus.

  • Demonstrated use of AI to improve marketing analysis, personalization, experimentation, or content development is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere and choose the environment where you are most productive.

  • Flexible B2B contract structure, with a preference for long-term commitment and meaningful impact.

  • 4 weeks, or 20 working days, of paid time off per year.

  • Annual in-person company gathering for collaboration, brainstorming, and team connection.

  • $100 USD monthly allowance toward health insurance expenses.

  • Unlimited 1:1 sessions with psychologists and lifestyle experts through OpenUp, also available to up to three family members.

  • Co-working space budget of up to twice per month, with €35 / $40 USD per visit.

  • Dedicated learning and development budget for courses, books, conferences, events, and certifications.

  • Company laptop and equipment support, including up to $250 USD for a monitor and $150 USD for keyboard, mouse, microphone, and headphones.

  • Premium access to AI tools including ChatGPT, Cursor, Hugging Face, Claude Code, and other tools needed for the role.

  • Opportunity to work within a fully remote, international team focused on rapid growth, ownership, and ambitious AI products.

  • Compensation is determined according to role level, scope, location, market data, experience, and assessed responsibilities; no specific salary range is published in the source posting.
