What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing residential lettings transactions from start to finish


• Generating new business, building client relationships, and winning new instructions to increase market share


• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers


• Maintaining a high level of customer service


• Meeting and exceeding lettings targets


• Using local market knowledge to drive success

• Experience working as a residential lettings negotiator


• Strong negotiation and communication skills


• Proven ability to generate and win new business


• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills


• Positive attitude with a strong team-focused approach


• Knowledge of the Hemel Hempstead property market preferred


• Full UK driving licence required


• Professional appearance with a reliable and organised working style
