As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will help cultivate relationships, drive growth, and shape the success of our Taste \& Wellbeing business in France.
You are passionate about growth, partnership, and excellence. You'll manage high\-value customer relationships, lead account strategy, and identify new business opportunities that strengthen Givaudan's market presence and performance.
You will be based in our site in Argentueil (Paris) and report directly to the Head of Sales Taste and Wellbeing France.
In this exciting role you will
- Create and develop new business opportunities with major food industry players
- Build strong, strategic Account Development Plans (ADPs) that deliver sustainable growth
- Understand customer strategies, brands, and market positioning to drive unique solutions
- Ensure Givaudan's products and technologies are represented in all critical briefs
- Manage complex commercial projects, partnering with Flavors, Creation \& Application (FC\&A) teams
- Maintain high visibility at key accounts through regular engagement, product demonstrations, and technical collaboration
- Manage a dynamic brief pipeline, balancing quality and quantity to meet growth targets
- Oversee customer submissions, negotiations, and launch to secure long\-term success
- Defend existing business while pursuing profitable expansion opportunities
- Achieve and surpass budgeted sales and gross margin results through smart negotiation and customer stewardship
- University degree in business administration, marketing or business development
- Clear track\-record of driving commercial success in B2B food industry
- At least 6 years commercial experience in flavors and food industry
- Experience with the flavour and food industries, with awareness of competitors and trends
- Business Fluent in English and French
- Enthusiastic to achieve results and identifying new leads and converting opportunities into key wins
- Expert in communicating and negotiating with multiple partners on all levels
- Experience mentoring colleagues and growing in collaborative, cross\-functional environments
- Willingness to travel in Paris and North France Area (20%)
