The role

As part of a team, you will design \& implement versatile customer projects in the web and enterprise environment that are tailored to customer needs using modern, agile project methods.

How you’ll make impact

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business and translate requirements into high quality software. Expect to visit our customers around 2\-3 times per week.


• Engage with developers on your team to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code leveraging methodologies such as pair\- and mob\-programming.


• Coach \& support team members to fully unlock their potential and grow as a team.


• Support the entire software lifecycle with your Dev\-Ops mentality from ideation to production.


• Automate quality checks right from the start using techniques such as test\-driven development and specification by example.


• Continuously keep up to date with the latest technologies \& trends and share your knowledge.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree (FH, Uni, ETH or similar) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• You have more than two years proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of object\-oriented programming and best practices.


• You put the customer first and support the project’s success as a Java Fullstack Engineer with the latest JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks such as Angular, React or similar frameworks in the frontend.


• You bring expertise with many different technologies, such as Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, databases, RESTful APIs, messaging, container orchestration, microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)


• You are experienced in agile methodologies and have worked within agile development teams


• You are an excellent communicator, team player and problem solver and are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
