Job Description:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior International Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for clients in the different industries, including Food \& Beverage, Beauty, Retail, Manufacturing, among others. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment, managing both Spanish and global recruitment projects.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full\-cycle recruitment processes for clients from different industries.


• Lead all key phases of the recruitment process autonomously: client briefing, search strategy design, candidate identification, assessment, and process closing.


• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and continuous communication throughout the process.


• Evaluate candidates, managing recruitment processes for both national and international roles.


• Identify and attract active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive talent sourcing.


• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles.


• Ensure the successful delivery of recruitment projects and the achievement of defined KPIs.

• University degree.


• 3\+ years of experience in recruitment


• Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients’ needs and translate them into talent strategies.


• High level of English and Spanish (a third language is a plus).


• Strong client orientation and ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously.


• Proactive mindset, fast learning ability, and strong organizational skills.
