qualified candidate to join our team as (Senior) International
Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Key Responsibilities: Take
end-to-end ownership of significant international business development
projects, including identifying new business opportunities, entering
new markets, conducting market analyses, and establishing strategic
partnerships Analyze business development activities and results to
identify areas for improvement and future growth opportunities Develop
and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in
international markets Independently manage project assignments in
various countries across Eastern Europe Build and maintain strong
relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including
country managers, key account managers, and brand managers Coordinate
with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of
projects Ensure all activities are aligned with the company’s
overall strategic objectives Requirements: Completed university degree
in sales, business development or other related fields A minimum of 5
years of international professional experience in business development
or sales, ideally in the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector Fluency in
English and German required; proficiency in any Eastern European
language is considered an asset High flexibility and willingness to
travel frequently to various international locations to meet with
partners, stakeholders, and team members, adapting to different
cultural and business environments Strong networking skills and the
ability to build and maintain professional relationships Ideally an
affinity for AI tools and its possible applications What we offer:
