Senior Instructional Designer (eLearning & Digital Learning Experiences)

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join a team specialized in creating innovative and highly interactive digital learning experiences.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, creativity, user experience, and digital learning \- someone capable of transforming complex content into engaging, intuitive, and memorable learning experiences.

Responsibilities
--------------------

• Participate in projects from consulting and concept stages through to final delivery


• Create storyboards, learning flows, and interaction concepts


• Design engaging and user\-centered digital learning experiences


• Work end\-to\-end with content including narrative, text, image, audio, video, and animation


• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including designers, developers, animators, and SMEs


• Apply UX/UI principles within eLearning environments


• Ensure pedagogical, visual, and functional quality across projects


• Contribute with creativity, innovation, and critical thinking to complex digital learning products

• Solid experience in Instructional Design and eLearning production


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital learning environments


• Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline (mandatory)


• Experience working within collaborative production teams


• Strong creative thinking and visual sensibility


• Experience with storytelling applied to learning


• Proactive mindset, adaptability, and critical thinking skills


• Comfortable working on complex and interactive learning solutions


• Based in the Lisbon area or available to work onsite in a hybrid model twice a week
