Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing technology environment and take ownership of key infrastructure and cloud initiatives.

This is a hands\-on role where you'll be responsible for improving the reliability, security and scalability of infrastructure across Azure and hybrid environments. You'll work closely with internal IT, Security, Development and Engineering teams.

*Please note: this role operates on a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in our customer's Dublin office.*

Required Experience:

• Strong background in Infrastructure, Cloud or Platform Engineering


• Solid Microsoft Azure experience


• Good understanding of networking, identity, security and cloud technologies


• Experience with Infrastructure\-as\-Code and automation


• Strong PowerShell and troubleshooting skills


• Experience delivering infrastructure projects in a structured environment


• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.

• Design, implement and maintain Azure and hybrid infrastructure


• Lead infrastructure projects from technical design through to implementation


• Improve automation, standardisation and Infrastructure\-as\-Code practices


• Support Microsoft workplace technologies and virtual desktop environments


• Strengthen infrastructure security, monitoring and vulnerability management


• Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity


• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and act as a senior technical escalation point


• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards and processes


• Work with wider technology teams to deliver infrastructure improvements and new platforms

• Linux


• ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
