Senior Information Security Manager

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Manager who can lead and modernize our security operations while building a proactive security culture across the organization.
This is more than a compliance role. You will shape the company’s security roadmap, oversee risk management initiatives, and work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and executive leadership teams to protect critical systems and customer data. You will be responsible for balancing operational efficiency with enterprise\-grade security standards in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Security Operations Leadership:
Lead enterprise\-wide cybersecurity initiatives, monitor threat landscapes, and oversee security operations across cloud and on\-premise environments.
Risk Management:
Develop and maintain security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance procedures aligned with ISO standards and industry best practices.
Incident Response:
Manage security incidents, conduct investigations, coordinate remediation plans, and implement preventative measures to strengthen infrastructure resilience.
Infrastructure Security:
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to secure networks, systems, applications, and endpoint devices across the organization.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and support security analysts and infrastructure specialists while promoting security awareness throughout the company.
Stakeholder Communication:
Present security assessments, risk findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross\-functional teams.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
7\+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity Operations, or Infrastructure Security, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, identity access management, cloud security, and security compliance frameworks.
Certifications:
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security\+, or equivalent are highly valued.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders.
Leadership Mindset:
You are calm under pressure, solutions\-oriented, and capable of leading security initiatives across multiple departments in a fast\-moving organization.
Pay: £6,700\.00\-£7,000\.00 per month
