Discover the Role
As a Senior HR \& Payroll Consultant, you will be providing expert payroll and HR advice to a diverse range of international clients. You will work alongside the HR\&P Supervisor to provide excellent client service with high\-quality solutions, and also be supported for your growth at TMF Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure payroll is prepared in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner

  • Processing payroll of complex clients

  • Advise clients on payroll\-related matters, including taxation, social security, and labor law

  • Performs monthly account reconciliations

  • Processing year\-end reporting

  • Supports internal and external audits

  • Conference calls and client meetings together with a Senior Officer or Supervisor

  • Supports and assists more junior team members and/or supports the team in improving processes and procedures
Key Requirements
*Ideally, you meet the following criteria:*
  • More than 5 years of experience preferably in similar companies (payroll delivery) / BPOs

  • High School Diploma and/or Degree in Economics or Law

  • Good knowledge of English (B2\+)

  • Proficient user of MS Office package

  • In\-depth knowledge of Italian Payslips’ System and Labour Law

  • May delegate tasks to support staff with a clear explanation, able to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easy\-to\-understand manner

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, escalating concerns as appropriate

  • Highly responsible and organized person with good communication skills and a problem\-solving attitude

  • Trustworthy team member who considers those around them
