Senior HR Advisor

Purpose

Support the HR Business Partner to deliver the people strategy, manage day\-to\-day HR activity, and drive engagement, compliance, and performance across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on Employee Relations and manage cases


• Support union / employee representative engagement


• Ensure policy compliance and coach managers


• Oversee HR systems, data accuracy, and audits


• Drive absence reduction and performance processes


• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning


• Ensure training compliance (H\&S, legal, technical)


• Lead engagement, wellbeing, and DE\&I initiatives


• Support Occupational Health and HSE activities

• Absence, retention, and turnover


• Agency usage

Skills \& Experience

• HR Advisor experience


• Employment law knowledge


• Strong stakeholder management


• HR systems experience


• Problem\-solving and communication skills.

• CIPD (or working towards)
