Senior HR Advisor
This 6-month contract is an opportunity for a hands-on Senior HR Advisor to operate at a Junior Business Partner level, supporting a fast-paced organisation through high-volume employee relations and organisational change activity. You will partner closely with managers, influence stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategy.

They are seeking an experienced HR professional to support a significant period of change and activity.
Description
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in partnering with line managers and supporting the delivery of both strategic and operational HR activity. This role will initially focus on managing a high volume of workload, with the opportunity to operate at a Junior HR Business Partner level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to line managers across multiple business areas
- Coaching and supporting managers on: • Performance management
- Employee relations matters (grievance, conduct, disciplinary)
- Managing complex ER cases and influencing challenging stakeholders
- Supporting organisational design and change initiatives, including: • Team restructures (reductions and expansions)
- Defining current vs future state structures
- Developing and presenting business cases
- Collaborating with the wider People team on transformation and change activity
- Operating autonomously with confidence, while knowing when to seek guidance
The successful candidate will be a pragmatic and credible HR professional with strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a hands-on HR generalist or Senior Advisor role
- Strong employee relations expertise, including complex case management
- Confidence coaching and developing line managers
- Experience supporting organisational design and change initiatives
- Ability to manage challenging stakeholders effectively
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a "can-do" attitude
- Readiness to step into or operate at Junior HR Business Partner level
- Industry experience is not essential; a strong, practical HR background is key.
