We currently have exciting vacancies for the following roles:

1\. Senior Home Care Specialist (Domiciliary Care)

2\. Senior Support Worker (Domiciliary Care)

Role Overview

As part of our dedicated care team, you will play a key role in supporting service users to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. Senior staff will also provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to care teams, ensuring high standards of care delivery in line with CQC expectations.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver high\-quality personal care and support tailored to individual care plans

· Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication prompting, and mobility support

· Support service users with companionship and emotional wellbeing

· Maintain accurate care records and reports

· Ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times

· Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management teams

· *(Senior roles)* Supervise and mentor junior care staff, conduct spot checks, and support care coordination

Essential Requirements

· Previous UK experience in domiciliary care or support work (essential, especially for senior roles)

· Must be a self\-starter with strong initiative and reliability

· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

· Strong communication skills with a good command of English

· Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering high\-quality care

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compliance Requirements

· Right to Work in the UK will be verified

· Enhanced DBS check will be carried out
