Senior Healthcare Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Day Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising during daily activities, playtime, and mealtimes


• Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs


• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents at all times


• Maintain a clean and organised environment, adhering to health and safety regulations


• Communicate effectively with residents, family's, and team members

• Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided


• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written


• Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation purposes


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow care plans accurately


• Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills


• Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence
