  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act, CDM Regulations, and associated statutory requirements

  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies including the HSE

  • Keeping up to date with changes in health and safety legislation and best practice, particularly within local authority and educational settings

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate as a minimum — NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification is preferred

  • Membership of IOSH (TechIOSH or CMIOSH) is advantageous

  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and its application in complex, multi-site environments

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge at all levels

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong report writing and analytical skills

  • Based in or within commuting distance of London

What's on Offer
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience

  • The opportunity to take on a senior, high-impact health and safety role within a well-regarded organisation

  • A varied and challenging workload across a complex and diverse environment

  • Genuine scope for career development and progression
