About the Role
You will join a technically advanced R&D environment within a large international industrial technology organization, where hardware is a key part of developing and improving complex products. In this role, you will contribute senior-level expertise across the hardware lifecycle and work closely with engineers from several disciplines to solve real technical challenges.

Job DescriptionYou will contribute to the design, development, verification, and improvement of electronic hardware solutions for advanced industrial products.
You will drive assigned technical activities from investigation through implementation and completion.
You will participate in troubleshooting and technical investigations that help move development forward.
You will evaluate hardware designs and components, and support verification work to ensure robust solutions.
You will collaborate closely with engineers across different technical disciplines to turn requirements into practical hardware solutions.
You will contribute to technical documentation and support engineering decisions throughout the development process.
You will help improve existing products and technical solutions through structured analysis and continuous development.
RequirementsYou have extensive experience in hardware development and work confidently at senior level.
You have solid experience with design and development of electronic hardware solutions.
You are comfortable working independently and taking clear technical ownership.
You collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
You have a structured and analytical way of working.
You can translate technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
Nice to haveExperience from industrial products or other technically complex product environments.
Experience in power electronics.
Experience in embedded systems.
Experience from R&D environments and hardware development for industrial applications.
