Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments with precision and creativity.


• Deliver personalized customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.


• Manage front desk operations efficiently—scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries with professionalism.


• Mentor and support junior team members by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and encouraging skill development.


• Enhance client satisfaction through upselling additional services such as bespoke haircare products while respecting client preferences.


• Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually improve service quality and introduce innovative styles.

• Proven experience as a senior hairdresser or in a similar role within a busy salon environment.


• Strong skills in store management, customer service, and effective communication to build lasting client relationships.


• Expertise in barbering techniques .


• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment.


• Knowledge of upselling strategies to promote additional services confidently and professionally.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage current booking systems


• Valid licensing or certification required by local regulations for hairdressing and barbering practices.

Pay: £2,118\.33\-£2,800\.00 per month
