Today, Hacketts services multiple sectors across Ireland, delivering fast, dependable, and market\-leading print solutions to a wide range of clients.

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a talented and detail\-oriented designer with a strong background in designing artwork for small and large format print production. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience and a solid understanding of preparing print\-ready artwork across a wide range of projects including signage, branding, large format print, promotional materials, and general print production.

This role suits someone who is organised, creative, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare high\-quality artwork for print production


• Create print\-ready files to industry standards


• Work closely with clients and production staff to ensure artwork accuracy


• Amend and adapt artwork files when required


• Ensure all jobs meet print specifications and quality standards


• Manage projects from concept through to final production


• Maintain strong attention to detail across all work


• Maintain brand consistency and implement quality control measures across all projects


• Accurately interpret client briefs and efficiently apply feedback.

• Minimum 5 years’ graphic design experience


• Strong experience in formatting, layout and design


• Experience across both print and digital design


• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite:


• Illustrator


• InDesign


• Photoshop


• Strong understanding of:


• Bleed and crop marks


• Colour profiles


• Print file setup


• Large format and digital print production


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Strong typography, layout, and editorial design skills


• Experience in both print and digital design


• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills


• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
