Tasks
We are looking for an experienced Senior Global SAP Project Manager to lead a large\-scale, enterprise\-wide SAP transformation program. This role combines deep SAP project management expertise with strong global program leadership and exceptional stakeholder management.
- Lead the end\-to\-end delivery of a global SAP transformation program (multi\-country, multi\-module)
- Ensure alignment between IT, global/local business units, and C\-suite stakeholders
- Drive business adoption, not just technical implementation
- Act as a bridge\-builder across functions, regions, and leadership levels
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and delivery discipline
- On\-time, on\-budget SAP program delivery
- Strong alignment between business objectives and IT delivery
- Fluent German and English skills
Skills
- Several years of experience in ERP/SAP rollout project and program management
- Proven track record leading global SAP implementations
- Experience in international environments; manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior executives and diverse stakeholders
- Highly proactive, hands\-on, and results\-driven with strong ownership
- Structured, solution\-oriented working style
- Project management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2\) preferred
- Fluent German and English skills
