The Opportunity

Shape how our brand comes to life across every global retail environment. You'll lead the vision for store design, visual merchandising, and retail marketing, creating innovative concepts that deliver a consistent and commercially successful customer experience worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of global store concepts, fixtures, and retail environments from ideation through to rollout.

  • Guide the creation of store layouts, technical drawings, 3D renders, and landlord presentation decks.

  • Define and deliver global visual merchandising principles, seasonal product flows, and in-store experiences.

  • Drive global retail marketing and POS strategies across all brand tiers.

  • Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, Property, and Procurement teams to ensure brand consistency across all markets.

  • Support new store openings, refits, pop-ups, and seasonal campaigns globally.

  • Manage and develop a team of design, VM, and retail marketing professionals across the UK and Asia.

What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience in retail store design, visual merchandising, or brand environments within a global retail business.

  • Proven success delivering store concepts from initial idea through prototyping and full-scale implementation.

  • Strong understanding of 2D and 3D design, store planning, fixture development, and retail environments.

  • Experience creating and implementing global VM and POS strategies across multiple markets.

  • Commercial awareness with a clear understanding of how store design and VM influence customer engagement and sales.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

  • Passion for maintaining exceptional brand standards while inspiring teams across regions.
