<p><strong>Ebury London - office based </strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a senior team member under our Partnerships vertical based in our London office, who is already familiar with FX transactions, has a strong customer service mindset, and can manage high volumes of payment requests to our Shipping Intermediary Clients across the globe. </p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Service a portfolio of partners and their clients through a range of different products, including APIs, FX and international payments.</li>
<li>Execution of FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms.</li>
<li>Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone and email tickets from the partner.</li>
<li>Gain an in-depth understanding of the processes within all departments including screening, operations, reconciliation, compliance, treasury and tech</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with both our Maritime partners and our internal departments.</li>
<li>Assist partners in growing their existing businesses through your Ebury product knowledge</li>
<li>Act as a team leader, manage and mentor our Partner Relationship Associates within the Maritime / Shipping vertical </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
<li>Degree level education preferred</li>
<li>Strong mathematical/analytical/legal background</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Previous customer service experience would be advantageous</li>
<li>Proven FX knowledge - client facing and operational FX experience </li>
<li>Proven experience in <strong>finance / FX</strong> industry in a sales / mid-office role</li>
</ul>
