We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Store Performance team at H\&M. Store Performance helps thousands of store colleagues make better decisions through insights, analytics, and increasingly AI\-powered experiences. As we evolve from traditional dashboards towards intelligent decision support, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the platform.
As a Senior Engineer, you'll combine hands\-on development with technical leadership, helping the team design and deliver scalable, secure, and high\-performing solutions across the full stack while mentoring others and driving engineering excellence.
In addition to above you will:
- Design, build, and maintain modern full stack applications and services.
- Contribute to architecture and technical roadmap decisions.
- Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering partners to deliver customer value.
- Drive engineering best practices across quality, security, testing, and observability.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Explore AI, MCP, and context\-engineering approaches where they create meaningful business value.
- Help foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
You will join a cross\-functional product team.
Together, we build products that help store employees and leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and take action to improve results across H\&M markets worldwide.
WHO YOU ARE

- 5\+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong full stack development experience with modern web technologies.
- Experience working with React, TypeScript, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices.

- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- A passion for mentoring others and improving how teams work.
