fleetster is a SaaS company located in Munich that provides smart solutions for global fleets and car\-sharers to make customers’ daily fleet life as easy as possible. Our product core is the sophisticated software platform with over 100,000 users in 9 languages and in over 28 countries. Our company backbone are smart people who strive to redefine the future of mobility and build a better future.

In an ongoing effort to grow and further extend our market presence and reach our vision of 1 million managed e\-vehicles, we are launching a greenfield new product line and are looking for a senior backend heavy full\-stack engineer (m/f/x) in Munich.

Tasks
---------

• Shape the future of our new product by ensuring solid engineering principles and best practices you have learned over the last few years along with like minded team mates


• Your voice matters: we are looking for people that take ownership of the features they build


• Building up the team to an efficient development unit with the potential to include leadership responsibilities

• 5\+ years of professional / hands\-on development experience (Specific experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus)


• You are a true AI native engineer that understood the role of AI in development, while improving the quality and security of enterprise applications and not just a 'vibe coder'


• Experience in an agile mode with our tech stack (see below)


• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

• NestJS with TypeScript in BE


• React with Typescript in FE (\+Tailwind with Shadcn)


• TanStack


• Playwright


• PostgreSQL


• Supabase Auth


• Hosting on AWS using IaC

• Domain driven design


• Hexagonal architecture


• Ports \& adapters
