Senior Full Stack Developer (W/M/D)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full\-Stack Web Developer to join our team. You will work on modern web applications with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript and React, while contributing to backend services and APIs.

Tasks
---------

• Develop and maintain modern web applications with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript and React.


• Design, implement and integrate backend services and APIs.


• Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver high\-quality products.


• Maintain and optimize existing applications.


• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.


• Support the evolution and customization of WordPress websites (optional).


• Assist and support team members with IT issues.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing web applications.


• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript and React.


• Experience with backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Bun).


• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern web technologies.


• Experience with version control systems (Git).


• Knowledge or experience with WordPress, PHP, AWS and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus but not required.


• Understanding of responsive design and cross\-browser compatibility.


• Excellent problem\-solving and analytical thinking skills.


• Team player with strong communication skills.


• Proficient in German and English (spoken and written).

Remote Work Policy

• Fixed quota for remote days per year: 46 days (approximately one remote day per week).


• No fixed remote or office days; team members decide how to use their days.


• A maximum of five consecutive remote days can be taken per month.


• Five of the 46 remote days may be used as a workation within the EU.
