<p data-start="250" data-end="613"><strong data-start="250" data-end="262">The Role</strong><br data-start="262" data-end="265">As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and deliver robust applications across both front-end and back-end systems. Working within collaborative engineering pods, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle—analyzing requirements, identifying system improvements, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.</p>

<li data-section-id="16y1o6q" data-start="636" data-end="715">Develop full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, AngularJS, and SQL</li>
<li data-section-id="1xanovm" data-start="716" data-end="842">Collaborate within engineering pods, contributing to shared delivery outcomes and ownership</li>
<li data-section-id="fbuk6g" data-start="843" data-end="929">Analyze information needs, systems flow, and data usage to inform technical design</li>
<li data-section-id="cwl58f" data-start="930" data-end="1013">Build and integrate APIs (REST, SOAP, Microservices) across distributed systems</li>
<li data-section-id="de6sbh" data-start="1014" data-end="1114">Refactor and optimize complex codebases to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability</li>

<li data-section-id="13yayw7" data-start="1145" data-end="1235">10+ years of experience in full stack development with Java, AngularJS, Spring Boot, and SQL</li>
<li data-section-id="h003ew" data-start="1236" data-end="1324">Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices</li>
<li data-section-id="1bqo6ez" data-start="1325" data-end="1395">Experience working with APIs and microservices-based architectures</li>
<li data-section-id="udzl1l" data-start="1396" data-end="1468">Familiarity with containerization and distributed computing concepts</li>
<li data-section-id="102by5h" data-start="1469" data-end="1538">Ability to contribute to complex coding and refactoring scenarios</li>
