Accountabilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-quality frontend features for a trust accounting and financial operations product.
- Build intuitive user workflows for accounting activities such as fund tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and payment visibility.
- Develop and maintain a flexible, white-label React-based application supporting multiple customer configurations and branded experiences.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions for a secure, auditable, and compliance-driven financial system.
- Create and evolve reusable component libraries and actively contribute to design system improvements.
- Ensure high standards for frontend performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to align on functional and compliance requirements.
- Document frontend architecture, components, and engineering decisions to support long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and drive improvements in frontend systems, development practices, and user experience quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS frontend or full-stack engineering roles with strong frontend specialization.
- Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience building scalable, maintainable, and production-grade frontend applications.
- Experience with financial, accounting, ledger, payment, or operations-focused products is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of state management patterns such as Redux, Context API, or similar approaches.
- Experience building white-label or highly configurable frontend applications is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with agile development environments and distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Experience contributing to design systems or reusable UI component libraries is a plus.
- Exposure to compliance-sensitive or audit-oriented product domains is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
